SolonGate is a security governance platform for AI agents and the tools they use. Our service provides:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions made by AI systems using our service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERAENVISION TEKNOLOJİ VE İNOVASYON HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
